Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

Delivery:

Orders placed with the College will be packaged and delivered to your child’s classroom within 1-3 weeks of placing your order. Uniform will only be delivered during term time.

Refund:

As per Australian consumer law, we are not required to offer refunds for change of mind. We will however replace or refund someone if they are presented a faulty item. To read more on this ACCC policy:

Returns:

Terms and conditions for returns:

• Contact us regarding the return within 14 days of being delivered or purchased. 
• The item must be in its original condition, packaging and be unworn and unwashed.
• Returns will not be made because of change of mind.
